Promo Rules: Durante Equipment World Cup Challenge — Official Promotion Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER.

Eligibility: Open to individuals 18 years of age or older. Limit one (1) entry per person.

How to Enter: Participants must submit their prediction for the winner of the FIFA World Cup Final. In addition, participants must predict the final score of the championship match as a tiebreaker.

Grand Prize Winner: The Grand Prize Winner will be the entrant who correctly predicts the World Cup Champion. If multiple entrants correctly predict the World Cup Champion, the winner will be determined by the tiebreaker — the entrant whose predicted final score is closest to the actual final score of the championship match will be declared the winner. If a tie still exists after applying the tiebreaker, the Grand Prize Winner will be determined by a random coin toss conducted by Durante Equipment. $500 rental credit must be used in one single transaction and applies to the rental rate only, excluding taxes, fees, and other charges.

Free Delivery Award: All participants who correctly predict the World Cup Champion but do not win the Grand Prize will receive one (1) FREE DELIVERY certificate applicable to their next equipment rental order. Free delivery is valid only for locations within 35 miles of a Durante Equipment branch location and must be redeemed within twelve (12) months of issuance. Delivery award has no cash value and is non-transferable.

Random Drawing Prize: All eligible entries, regardless of prediction outcome, will automatically be entered into a separate random drawing for One (1) New Multiquip 2" Sub Pump. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received.

Winner Notification: Winners will be notified via email using the contact information provided at entry. If a winner does not respond within seven (7) days, Durante Equipment reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

General Conditions: Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash unless otherwise determined by Durante Equipment. By entering, participants agree to allow Durante Equipment to announce their name and company (if applicable) in promotional materials related to this contest. Durante Equipment reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion at any time if circumstances beyond its control make such action necessary.
